1. Milani
Eye tech extreme liquid eyeliner
In this eyeliner, you get a very rich matte black finish very easy to apply smooth results. It’s a lot easier to apply this. Because it’s a little of a drier formula and it’s a pen a little easier to work with to no bleeding no feathering with this formula.
I was most pleased with the initial results with it and after wearing it for 12 hours on my eyes it wore extremely well. It did not fall apart on the inner corners, didn’t bleed, didn’t flake, looked gorgeous at the end of the day. So I have been loving this one since I first discovered it a few weeks back I cannot recommend it enough.
2. NYX matte liquid eyeliner
Another liquid eyeliner that I tried is from the NYX line. This is their matte liquid liner it has an extreme black matte finish. Which I love I’m just gonna say it again I love it. How this one looks is how an eyeliner should look in my opinion.
This one has a bit of a different applicator as opposed to the pens that I’ve shown you so far it’s similar to the Milani one that I talked about in the beginning. But the applicator is very smooth it can be troublesome to work with though because it’s so easy to make a mistake. But it glides on to the eyes and because it’s so fluid you will not risk having those bumps that you might get with other eyeliners.
So it’s really easy to make straight lines with it when you just swipe it across the upper lash line. And on the day that I tested this one I wore it for nine hours and I’m very happy to show you that it did not crack it did not fall apart no bleeding whatsoever it held up extremely well, and one of the things that I noticed with this liner that I have not ever encountered with any other eyeliners.
So highly recommend this one if you’ve been looking for one with the qualities that I mentioned.
3.Jordana Cat Eye Liner 01 Black Leather
Jordana is a brand that I’ve heard of in a really long time. I remember using this brand as a teen. But it is a brand that’s pretty hard to come across nowadays. So if you guys can’t find this at your local drugstore I found it on Amazon and this eyeliner is on there the brush tip is a good size. It’s very flexible, the formula is also highly pigmented.
You get a really dark bold black and just one swipe I need to go over a few times its just a one and done deal the one thing that really stood out to me with this eyeliner and this is one of the reasons why it really made my love list is the longevity of this eyeliner is insane. It will stand for hours probably even a day it’s just that liquid eyeliner that’s completely waterproof won’t budge won’t move won’t go anywhere.
4. L’Oreal Paris Makeup Infallible Flash Cat Eye Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner
Next one that I tested outcomes from L’Oreal infallible line. This is their flash cat eyeliner super-rich pigment with this one very easy to apply and it will give you a matte black finish this includes a cat-eye wing tool on the cap that will assist you in being able to draw a wing.
I didn’t use it quite honestly I really didn’t, but it looks like it could be a really great tool to have it’s very similar to the Beauty Blender one that looks like a guitar pick I tested that went a long, long time ago and it was actually superb so I feel like it could help someone who is just beginning with creating wings.
Additionally, to how great this formula was and after wearing it for 12 hours on my eyes no cracking no bleeding no feathering didn’t fall apart it all looked beautiful and it’s another one that I can safely say it’s a must-have a must buy you would not be disappointed in this one at all.
5. ULTA beauty classic Felt tip Liner
Ulta Beauty classic Felt tip Liner had a felt tip eyeliner that had rave reviews. So I wanted to test it out as part of this Blog, I picked up the shade Brown so this is one that I tested on both eyes on the day that I did the wear test with it. I noticed initially that it had great pigment and an excellent applicator tip that glides right on to the eye.
It has a semi-gloss finish, so it’s not fully matte but it’s not full gloss either, and that I really didn’t mind simply because it wasn’t screaming gloss on my eye.
I mean, I typically go for a matte eyeliner simply.
Because I don’t want the eyeliner to be the attention of my look I want my eyeshadow to stand out and I want my eyeliner to take a back seat and I think that’s why I prefer a matte eyeliner over a more glossy formula after wearing this one for 10 hours.
Unfortunately, it broke apart on the inner corners of my eyes and it flaked pretty badly I did have high hopes for this one based on the rave reviews that I read about it online but that just goes to show you once again makeup is not a one-size-fits-all for everyone so this is one that I would say try it out for yourself you can always return it to ULTA if it doesn’t work for you but for me; it was a no-go
